EFT for Self-Help – Six Hour Training over 2 days

What is EFTThis six hour training, held over two weekends in two 3 hour sessions is an introduction to using EFT for self-help.  Learning EFT for your own use can help you to overcome stress, and let go of  anxiety.  You can use it to lift yourself out of low moods and into better moods.

Learning EFT for self-help is perhaps the easiest thing for a non-therapist to learn to enable themselves to release emotions on a daily basis.  This is one of those easy to learn techniques that can be self-applied to reduce emotions like anger, frustration, fear or inner turmoil.

On this informative workshop you will learn how to use a simple technique that can lift your mood, change your day and even move you on.  Just like deep breathing, it can do no harm

EFT Training

During this training  you will gain an understanding of how EFT works.  You’ll be introduced to the energy system, not only of your body but of your world and learn how to change it for the better.  You’ll find out that you have at your fingertips the ability to achieve greater health, more success and vastly improved relationships.  You can get out of the rut, lose weight, and improve your finances with the amazing energy changing power of EFT.

You will also discover how your mind works, the power of your thoughts and how EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) can literally rewire your brain.  Every one of your memories, good and bad, are held as energetic patterns, the bad ones can be neutralized and the good ones enhanced.  Many people have used EFT to overcome a fear of public speaking, fear of heights, fear of  failure and anxieties of all kinds.
