EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an Energy Psychology technique. It has it’s roots in the ancient practice of acupuncture and kinesiology. These are both classed as energy therapies. EFT can be used to create health and well-being and to do it quickly and effectively. It works by getting to the root of the problem and removing the emotional charge.
At West Sussex EFT Training you will learn EFT with Christine. Christine is an EFT Master Trainer who has been using EFT with clients since 2003. In that time she has witnessed enough amazing changes with her clients to be able to testify to the efficiency of EFT. In private practice she works from a clinic in Chichester West Sussex, England. She also works with clients throughout the UK and internationally via Zoom.
We Are Frequency Beings
As energy beings we are emitting a frequency in every moment of time, even while we sleep, and the frequency we emit comes back to us as circumstances and events. It’s impossible to attract good things or to enjoy life if we are focused on the things that have hurt us or caused us anguish. EFT helps to remove the hurts and pain and neutralise the emotions.
It is no longer necessary to spend years in therapy, digging up the past and feeling all the pain over and over again. As an EFT Practitioner you will be able to help yourself, your family and your clients to move on quickly and efficiently.
