As each day goes by we tend to brush aside those small things we enjoy and spend more time focused on the things that annoy us.
Tapping in the positive things that happen to us can really change the day we have and lead to better and more enjoyable times.
Remember, whatever we focus on grows and by doing this one little act we
can change our lives for the better.
If you notice something that makes you smile, relax, laugh or receive any benefit do one round of EFT and tap it in.
No need to do the set up phrase on this one either. Just start by tapping on the eyebrow point and do one round while repeating, “The baby’s beautiful smile,” or, “The cat’s purr,”
or, “The sound of the rain on the roof,” or even, “The beautiful sunset.”
It literally only takes a minute to tap the memory in and then you’ll notice how easy it is to recall it moment by moment.
Do this for a couple of days and those people around you will start asking, “What’s up with you then? You look happy.”
