Hypnosis How
Hypnosis Works
Hypnosis is
a subject that so many people are fascinated about, especially
if they have seen someone like Paul McKenna or Darren Brown
perform seeming magical feats on television or seen a stage
Hypnotist seeming to make people do amazing things with his
subjects.
So
how does Hypnosis work? Hypnosis is a perfectly natural state
which everyone dips in and out of on a daily basis.
When you go out in your car and arrive at your destination
without
any memory of getting there, you have been in a state of
hypnosis, highway hypnosis. When you become so mesmerised
by reading
a book, watching television or even listening to someone’s
conversation that all else fades out of awareness, you are
in a state of hypnosis. When you wake in the morning and
when you feel in that dreamy state before you go to sleep
you are
also in a state of hypnosis.
Hypnosis
can be briefly described as an altered state of consciousness,
just like daydreaming. While in Hypnosis,
changes can be made
in the part of the mind that you don’t consciously
use, this is called the subconscious or unconscious mind.
While
in Hypnosis you will feel very relaxed and comfortable and
your conscious mind will become quiet leaving your
subconscious mind open to suggestion. You will still
be aware of Christine’s
voice which will guide you to make the changes you want. Don’t
wait any longer to make the rest of your life the best
of your life. |
