 A one day foundational workshop to learn, experience and explore the possibilities of energy psychology and this amazing version of acupuncture without needles. EFT is a wonderful self-help tool, for everyone whether you wish to become an EFT practitioner or not. By the end of the day you will feel confident to use EFT for yourself and family and friends. And it will prepare you for the full Practitioner Level 2 training if you want to continue to take your work to an even deeper level. • This course is accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET) • Gary Craig, the founder of EFT has authorised the AAMET to teach Emotional Freedom Technique • This course is to the specifications of Gary Craig's new training standards requirements and is an approved course • Christine is a trained and experienced trainer and has been using EFT extensively in her practice since becoming qualified in 2003
